The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Education & Prevention Services to join our Education department. The Director of Education and Prevention Services is responsible for providing leadership, direction, training, and guidance to meet clinical goals and regulatory clinical compliance. This position oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the Bonner Academy, School-Based Program, Outpatient Program, and the Somali Outreach Program, ensuring program services are Trauma Informed and address individual treatment approaches. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Community Based and Education.

Who you are:
- You have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- You have at least two years of clinical supervisor experience.
- You have an active Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S.
- You preferably have experience within education and are a licensed educator.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
