What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Administrator position at Buckeye Global?
Duration: 5 Months Contract (temp to hire)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM- 4:30PM (may be reduced or increased by 30 mins depending on business need)
**Job Summary:
**- Enter and manage orders, and backorders.
Gather ETA's and share with customers.
File and maintain paperwork.
Learn order management system.
Work directly with sales and customers.
Deliver various administrative services, plan shipments for fleet and LTL's.
Print BOLs.
Perform miscellaneous duties- assistance in special projects, process improvements.
Skills:- Strong organizational skills.
Ability to set, manage and track multiple priorities and related details.
Effective oral and written communication skills needed to interface with client and team.
Ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.
Self disciplined and able to work independently.
Solid math skills.
Strong user of Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge:- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of office practices, business and administrative procedures.
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support work, specifically in an office setting.
Order management experience.
