Duration: 5 Months Contract (temp to hire)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM- 4:30PM (may be reduced or increased by 30 mins depending on business need)

**Job Summary:

**- Enter and manage orders, and backorders.

  • Gather ETA's and share with customers.

  • File and maintain paperwork.

  • Learn order management system.

  • Work directly with sales and customers.

  • Deliver various administrative services, plan shipments for fleet and LTL's.

  • Print BOLs.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties- assistance in special projects, process improvements.

Skills:- Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to set, manage and track multiple priorities and related details.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills needed to interface with client and team.

  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team environment.

  • Self disciplined and able to work independently.

  • Solid math skills.

  • Strong user of Microsoft Office products.

Knowledge:- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.

  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of office practices, business and administrative procedures.

Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support work, specifically in an office setting.

  • Order management experience.
