Exalt's BEST Summer Camp and After School is now hiring coaches, counselors, and teachers who have experience in one or more of these exciting activities: Martial arts Dance Tumbling Outdoor Sports P.E. type games/activities!

Our motto is "We are the BEST!" This means that we have the best kids, the best company, and of course, the BEST instructors/coaches like you! You will receive paid training, free uniforms, and much more! To qualify for our amazing team, you must meet the following requirements:- Must have reliable transportation.- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! - Must have access to a smartphone or computer for regular email communication. This awesome job will have up to 15-20 hours per week at $16 per hour. We also have several opportunities each year to earn commission and bonuses! Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in various sports activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Implement structured games and lessons that promote teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to foster positive interactions.
• Assist with first aid and emergency procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to create a fun and educational after school experience.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and activities.
• Must be available August 12th, 2026 to May 21st, 2027 between 2pm to 6pm Monday through Friday
• Day Camp availability a must. We follow the Leon County School holiday schedules. Shifts will be 5-6 hours between the hours of 8am-6pm.
• This position can grow into a Summer Camp Coach and Year Round employment for the right person! Opportunities for advancement exist!
• We Level 2 Background check our team members!
