Marketing & Business Development Specialist – Consumer & Sports, Media & Entertainment
We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support the Consumer and Sports, Media & Entertainment sectors at a leading global AmLaw firm. This role will focus on client development, marketing campaigns, profile-raising initiatives, and business development activities. This role will sit hybrid in D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns, including legal directory submissions, client alerts, brochures, and digital content.
- Support client events, webinars, seminars, and conferences, including logistics, communications, and post-event reporting.
- Manage pitches and proposals, ensuring materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices.
- Conduct market research and client/competitor analysis to support business development strategies.
- Track and manage social media content and CRM engagement to support sector marketing efforts.
- Work with global Marketing & Business Development teams and partners to ensure coordinated and effective marketing initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and reporting on marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., InterAction), and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
