Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end lateral associate recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
- Partner with attorneys and leadership on market insights, hiring needs, and recruiting strategy
- Coordinate recruiting events, outreach initiatives, and employer branding efforts
- Analyze recruiting data and prepare reports to inform decision-making
- Supervise junior team members and support overall team operations
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, employment laws, and best practices
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in legal recruiting or professional services
- Prior experience supporting lateral associate hiring (litigation and/or tax preferred)
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising team members is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
