This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Based Services - Program Coordinator based in Irvine, CA, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Program Coordinator will manage community-based initiatives, build relationships with diverse stakeholders, oversee case management operations, and provide social work support to clients. Responsibilities include organizing and implementing community engagement programs, coordinating resources, and working to address client needs while ensuring program goals are met.
- Strong skills in Community Service and Community Engagement, with a proven ability to build partnerships and foster relationships with diverse populations
- Experience in Case Management and Social Work to support client needs effectively and manage program services
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Understanding of community resources and the ability to effectively connect clients to necessary services
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of state and local regulations related to community-based services is a plus
