What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher Laborer position at BTK Concrete & Construction?
Local Concrete Company in Jefferson County, MO is looking to hire RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED ALL-AROUND concrete worker to our team.
We are looking for someone who can jump in and handle different aspects of concrete work, including:
- Operating a mini excavator, skid-steer, power buggy
- Site preparation, grading & setup
- Form setting and layout
- Concrete placement
- Concrete finishing
- General labor and cleanup
- Ability to work as part of a crew and get job done correctly
- Ability to supervise job site when owner cannot be there
- Snow plow opportunity available
What we're looking for:
- Able to operate equipment confidently and safely
- Dependable transportation
- Reliable and shows up when scheduled
- Able to work some weekends when needed (or to catch up on from weather delays)
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
Work is primarily in Jefferson County, MO and St. Louis County. On occasion (once or twice a year), some work is in Rolla and Lake of the Ozarks.
