We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Capture Manager to support and lead the development of winning strategies across our portfolio of government opportunities. This role is ideal for a TS/SCI with polygraph cleared individual who has a strong foundation in the Shipley capture and proposal process and is ready to take on increased ownership of capture activities.
The Capture Manager will partner closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Proposal teams to shape opportunities, refine win strategies, and drive disciplined capture execution from qualification through submission. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence contract wins while building expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements For This Role Are
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5 years of experience in government contracting, business development, capture, or proposals
- Experieince in the intelligence community
- Working knowledge of the Shipley capture management and proposal development process
- Experience supporting or leading captures through stages such as qualification, positioning, and proposal development
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes (RFPs, RFIs, IDIQs, task orders, etc.)
- Ability to support development of capture strategies, win themes, and value propositions
- Strong collaboration skills across BD, technical, and delivery teams
- Experience contributing to proposal volumes, storyboards, or solutioning efforts
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in software, digital, or mission-focused government programs
- Exposure to competitive analysis, customer engagement, and shaping activities
- Comfort operating in a growth-oriented, evolving environment
- You enjoy turning ideas into wins—helping shape opportunities from early positioning through contract award
- You like working across teams (BD, engineers, delivery leaders) to bring together compelling solutions
- You are energized by mission-driven work and want to help deliver impactful capabilities to government customers
