We’re hiring a Business Development Analyst with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to support our Intelligence Community market. In this BD Analyst role you will have tremendous upside with some pre-built partnerships, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. You will also support and manage emerging opportunities, capture management, proposals, customer communications, events, and industry partnerships. You will report directly to the Business Development Director located in our Herndon, VA headquarters office.

In This Role, You Will
- Work with our senior leaders to influence and implement the strategy that captures new business opportunities
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their challenges, identify opportunities on how we might best serve them and to drive new opportunities across our government services and products businesses.
- Execute business development, capture, and proposal activities
- Continuously find new opportunities to improve internal processes
- Work in partnership with delivery organizations to support growth opportunities
- Attend industry events and meetings to build and maintain relationships
- Work on teaming agreements, contract actions and administrative tasks related to business development.
- Possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Have a strong understanding and experience in the Intelligence Community industry with relationships with customer knowledge
- Have a general understanding of the business development lifecycle and of government proposal processes
- Are an experienced professional building relationships and capturing new business
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to effortlessly build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Have a solid understanding and experience with the government RFP process
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
- Are proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have the ability to attend industry events and create relationships
- Have 5 years supporting IC business
- Currently based in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area
- Are hungry for growth opportunities and willing to take on new challenges
- Are savvy with a willingness to grow into the role
- Understand technical architectures and concepts to scope and write solutions
- Are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and test new strategies
