One of our clients, a growing healthcare technology company operating in the Medicare and healthcare quality ecosystem, is looking to hire a Head of Analytics.
The company develops advanced data-driven solutions that help healthcare organizations improve quality outcomes, operational performance, and member engagement through analytics, behavioral science, and technology.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CTO and working closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer.
The position focuses on building and leading the company’s analytics function while helping shape product strategy, customer value measurement, growth initiatives, and business performance.
The ideal candidate will own the analytics layer end-to-end, including the development of scalable measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, analytical models, and executive reporting.
The role involves partnering with data engineering teams, maintaining analytics models in BigQuery and dbt, leading outcome analyses, and translating complex datasets into actionable business insights for both internal leadership and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining and formalizing company-wide KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Building trusted analytical foundations and governed metric definitions
- Leading customer-facing outcome reporting and executive-level analyses
- Designing scalable reporting architectures and analytics models
- Driving strategic insights across product, growth, and operational initiatives
- Collaborating closely with engineering and business stakeholders in a highly autonomous environment
The company is looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, technical depth, executive communication skills, and hands-on experience in modern analytics environments. Candidates should be comfortable working with SQL, cloud data warehouses, analytics engineering, KPI design, and BI/reporting tools. Experience in healthcare analytics is an advantage, but candidates from other data-intensive B2B industries are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering
- Strong expertise with SQL and modern cloud data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with dbt, Tableau, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
- Experience designing outcome studies and impact measurement frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Python and orchestration tools such as Airflow is a plus
