One of our clients, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Client Quality Performance to join its expanding team.
The company develops innovative healthcare engagement solutions that help health insurance organizations improve member participation, preventive care outcomes, medication adherence, and overall quality performance through data-driven and behavioral science-based approaches.
This is a highly visible, client-facing position focused on supporting healthcare payer organizations in improving quality outcomes and achieving strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on performance improvement initiatives, quality measures, and operational strategies. The role combines elements of healthcare consulting, client relationship management, quality improvement, and strategic program leadership.
The position requires close collaboration with client executives, quality leaders, analytics teams, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable performance improvements and maximize the value delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare payer clients.
- Lead recurring client meetings, business reviews, and strategic performance discussions.
- Analyze quality and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop actionable recommendations and performance improvement strategies.
- Partner with clients to establish goals, measure success, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal analytics, product, implementation, and customer success teams.
- Support client onboarding, solution adoption, and account growth initiatives.
- Present performance insights and executive-level recommendations to stakeholders.
- Translate client feedback and business needs into operational and product enhancement opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare quality and performance improvement programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Medicare Advantage Stars programs or similar healthcare quality initiatives.
- Experience managing strategic client relationships, healthcare consulting engagements, or key accounts.
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing meetings and executive-level discussions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality measures and performance improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with health plans, provider organizations, healthcare consulting firms, or healthcare technology companies serving the payer market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret healthcare performance data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
