Job Title: Customer Service Lobby Attendant - Healthcare
Location: Wadena, MN
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Resident Interaction: Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally. Take dietary orders for the kitchen.
- Cleaning: Maintain, clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas. Light cleaning of common areas; wipe tables, glass, bathrooms. Restock, collect trays and be helpful to those in need.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Adhere to BSG dress code of professional, clean, and well-groomed.
- Ability to pass a TB Test and Healthcare background check.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
- Ability to get to and from work reliably when scheduled.
