Location: Western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area)Type: Full-Time |Pay-per-visitSchedule: Monday–Friday | Limited weekendsCompensation: Base $15K annual bonus paid out quarterly mileage reimbursementBenefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage | 401(k) | Professional developmentPosition SummaryThe Registered Nurse (Home Health) provides comprehensive patient care in a home setting, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care. This position supports patients throughout Western Pennsylvania and offers flexibility, autonomy, and a structured onboarding program. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with the plan of care.Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs, condition, and environment.Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per physician orders.Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and care plans.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.Document all care activities accurately and promptly using electronic medical records.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in PennsylvaniaAssociate degree or higher in NursingMinimum 1 year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)AHA BLS required; AHA ACLS acceptedValid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to travel within assigned territoryStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications Prior Home Health or Hospice experienceProficiency with OASIS documentationExperience in wound care, IV therapy, or post-surgical managementWhat’s OfferedFlexible schedule and autonomyMinimal weekend rotationsComprehensive 6-week training and onboarding programTravel reimbursement and quarterly bonusGrowth opportunities within a stable regional healthcare network
