Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Administrator based in Washington, DC, New York or Chicago, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, performing troubleshooting for system-related issues, improving workflows, and ensuring the platform operates at peak efficiency. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with different teams to address system requirements, implement updates, and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting of ServiceNow systems
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and identifying improvement areas
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with diverse end-users and stakeholders
- Experience with system implementation and configuration in ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks is a plus
