What You’ll Do
As a Core Member Of Our Team, You Will
- Configure, administer, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM and related modules
- Design and implement workflows, automation, business rules, and UI policies that streamline operations
- Support and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB processes
- Ensure data integrity across CMDB and service catalog for reliable decision-making
- Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time operational insights
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams
- Support platform upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver advanced support
- Uphold governance, security, and compliance standards in a regulated environment
- Drive continuous improvement and ITSM maturity initiatives
What You Bring
- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (required)
- Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management frameworks
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow environments
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Preferred: Certified Application Developer (CAD)
