We need a hard-working and friendly individual who can multitask, work independently, and work until all tasks are completed.
Ice cream makers must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25 or more pounds daily and 50 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-task to run 2 ice cream machines at one while prepping for the next batches.
- Produce ice cream according to the daily Production schedule by following precise recipes
- Follow the recipe for various dairy, non-dairy ice cream, sorbet/sherbet, and production protocol explicitly, carefully weigh and measure all ingredients as specified
- Maintain a clean and organized space during production.
- Complete and file daily production logs
- Communicate with management.
