Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing anywhere from 1-5 employees on a shift
- Cash handling and reporting
- Assist in training and development of new hires
- Making and stocking waffle products
- Torching items as needed
- Cake writing
- Ensure Core Values are upheld by team
- Ensure highest standard of guest service
- Meet and exceed all aspects of health and safety of the team
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience in related field
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Ability to multitask and work on projects simultaneously
- Dedication to impacting results...with a "whatever it takes" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
