What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Staffing Coordinator position at Brunswick Hospital Center?
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Office Clerical performs various clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures, hospital regulations, and interdepartmental functions. The Nursing Office Clerical is expected to independently apply general instructions to specific system problems. This often requires the development of individual work procedures and routines. A range of specialized responsibilities varies according to the activities in the Nursing Office.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
High School or equivalency diploma required.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in employee scheduling.
- Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak the English language correctly. Demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Verbalize willingness to work under close supervision.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience which includes clerical / scheduling duties.
