What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Service Representative position at Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital?
We are looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative in a growing veterinary practice who is responsible, courteous, and outgoing. Someone who can provide excellent customer service with outstanding communication skills and can maintain a positive attitude within a fast pace environment. Prior medical customer service experience is required, and veterinary customer service experience is preferred. Preferred proficiency in medical terminology and Cornerstone PIMS is a plus. In addition, the applicant must be proficient with computers, comfortable answering phone calls, and able to multi-task effectively.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
