Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Trainer III with a strong field maintenance background to lead technical training for maintenance personnel across the Bakken. This role will develop employees' technical skills while promoting safe and reliable maintenance practices.
What They're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on oil & gas maintenance experience
- Strong background in facility and production equipment maintenance
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, Roustabout, or similar maintenance craft
- Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Previous mentoring or training experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable teaching both classroom and hands-on field training
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver maintenance training programs
- Train employees on maintenance procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices
- Standardize maintenance processes across the organization
- Assist with competency development and training compliance
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Training Advisors to improve learning programs
- Promote continuous improvement and operational reliability
