We are partnering with a leading consulting firm focused on hedge funds and private credit managers on a key hire within their operations transformation practice. This role is centered around Geneva implementations and related transformation initiatives across alternative investments. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to deliver Geneva implementations, upgrades, integrations, operating model enhancements, and broader fund accounting infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Geneva implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects across hedge fund and private credit clients.
- Gather business requirements, support solution design, oversee testing, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
- Advise clients on fund accounting operating models, workflow optimization, data architecture, and operational controls.
- Support broader transformation initiatives across portfolio accounting, reconciliations, shadow accounting, and reporting processes.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously within a consulting environment.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience within hedge fund or credit operations, fund administration, or consulting.
- Deep hands-on Geneva experience, including implementation, migration, integration, configuration, testing, or operational ownership.
- Experience supporting hedge funds, private credit funds, or alternative investment managers.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting workflows, portfolio accounting, reconciliations, shadow NAV, and operational infrastructure.
- Ability to operate in a client-facing capacity and manage multiple workstreams.
Salary : $190,000 - $250,000
