A highly successful global investment management firm is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join it's growing finance team. This position will initially support the firm's Asia operations and offers exposure to international accounting, intercompany transactions, cash management, and global finance activities across multiple entities.
Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities across multiple legal entities.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with intercompany accounting and cross-border transactions.
- Monitor cash activity and support global cash management processes.
- Coordinate with international accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support process improvement initiatives and special projects across the finance organization.
Requirements:
- 2 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior corporate accounting experience preferred.
- Native or business-level Mandarin language skills, including reading and writing proficiency is required.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Ability to be in Old Greenwich office three days per week.
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
