Job Title: Sales Associate
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 / year plus on target earnings.
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented Sales Team Member to join our growing sales division. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, identifying their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Outreach: Proactively reach out to inbound leads and generate new prospects through warm and cold outreach, calls, emails, and networking.
- Pipeline Management: Guide potential customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate deal status in our CRM.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and existing clients to encourage long-term customer loyalty and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, activity targets (dials/emails), and revenue quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: Sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent recommended; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated drive with a focus on meeting measurable performance goals.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
