What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a landscaping crew to deliver beautiful, high-quality installations
- Run a crew, manage daily production, communicate with managers and maintain quality
- Communicate clearly with clients and teammates to keep projects on track
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and on budget
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment with care
- Take pride in turning designs into finished landscapes you can stand back and admire
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- 1–2 years of landscaping experience (installation and/or crew leadership)
- Strong work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- A growth mindset — eager to learn and lead
