What You Will Do:
Marketing Execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting all Brownswood divisions.
- Manage day-to-day social media, email marketing, website updates, and digital advertising.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement marketing priorities established by the Director of Operations while contributing creative ideas.
Creative & Brand Development
- Design print and digital marketing materials.
- Capture and edit photography and video.
- Maintain Brownswood’s brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
Project & Department Coordination
- Coordinate marketing requests from multiple departments.
- Maintain the marketing production calendar and communicate timelines.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, trade shows, classes, sponsorships, and community events.
Marketing Operations
- Maintain organized marketing assets, photography libraries, vendor records, and project documentation.
- Research AI tools and marketing technologies that improve efficiency.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 years of marketing or communications experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography and videography experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CMS platforms, email marketing, and basic SEO
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- A self-motivated professional who can work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Interest in horticulture or landscaping is a plus
