Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise dietary staff and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal dietary regulations
- Plan and oversee meal preparation and menu development
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to meet residents’ nutritional needs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dietary Manager or in food service management
- Knowledge of dietary regulations in healthcare settings
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
