What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Support Representative position at Brownsburg Animal Clinic?
Busy veterinary clinic seeking self-motivated, team oriented, friendly, customer service representative. Must have at least one year of experience in customer service and 1 year experience in veterinary medicine. Must have a love of animals and helping pets and their humans. Job duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments and taking messages for the doctors and technical staff, greeting clients and patients as they arrive at the hospital, checking clients out as they leave, helping with maintaining patient records, and some light book keeping. Applicant must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, as well as various forms of social media. Applicant must be able to handle multiple phone lines, be willing to help manage social media, and help manage on-line store and our email reminder system. Ideal candidate has experience with scheduling, can think and problem solve through every day problems, and is a team player who is willing to help other staff members make every client/patient’s experience excellent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
