Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide support for client services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and maintain records.
  • Assist with cash handling processes when necessary.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities (especially in English) are highly desirable.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective interaction with clients.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
