What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Service Representative position at Animal Care Group LLC?
Avon Veterinary clinic is looking for an experienced receptionist for our busy veterinary clinic . Must have great customer service and ability to multi-task. Position requires answering a 6-line phone system, checking in and out clients, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and cleaning. This position is the "face" of the clinic and applicants should be outgoing and friendly to make sure our clients and patients feel welcome!
At least 1 year experience as reception in veterinary clinic preferred. Basic medical knowledge is also preferred but not required.
Schedule requirements are 4 days a week from 7:15am-5pm and every other Saturday from 7:15-12pm
This is a full time position with an average of 34-40 hrs/week.
Hiring process starts with an initial phone interview with our practice manager, then a working interview with our lead receptionist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
