With hands-on training and room to grow, this position offers the potential to advance into a Service Advisor role.
What You’ll Do
- Interact with customers daily and help create a positive service experience.
- Coordinate customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Assist with pick-up and drop off of customer vehicles.
- Assist with service department pre-writes and prepare for upcoming appointments.
- Help monitor the shop’s work schedule and keep daily operations organized.
- Work closely with Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and the Service Manager.
- Help with light building maintenance and general upkeep of the service department.
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the department running smoothly.
