Grinding Production Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with assembly line processes. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating products while ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble equipment daily according to production.
• Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production goals.
• Operate equipment daily according to safety and production standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace within the factory or warehouse environment.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs consistently.
• Be able to work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -10 to 32 degrees.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on an assembly line.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
