Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator – 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Brown Packing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping operations.

Schedule

• Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM start time.
• Regular 2nd Shift Schedule: Once training is successfully completed, the scheduled start time will be 1:30 PM.

Essential Job Duties

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Pick customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining organization.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Scan products and complete inventory transactions using warehouse equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
