Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Processor, based in Clearwater, FL. The Title Processor will handle various administrative and operational tasks tied to title and real estate services. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing title documents, coordinating escrow processes, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Familiarity with Notary and Escrow processes in title and real estate transactions
- Basic Accounting knowledge to manage financial aspects of title processing
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in title processing or real estate is beneficial
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation and record-keeping
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or law are a plus
