Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Processor located in Largo, FL. The Processor will handle the coordination and preparation of title insurance policies and closing statements. Key responsibilities include preparing title commitments, obtaining necessary documents for closing, liaising with clients and other parties to schedule closings, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in document preparation, title policies, and closing procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in title commitments and closing statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with title insurance regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency with relevant computer software for title processing and document management
- Prior experience in title insurance or real estate transactions is preferred
