Brown Federal Services is seeking a Project Support Associate I to support project operations at the Portsmouth Site. This role provides administrative, financial, and project coordination support to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of DOE-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support across operations
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and data tracking
- Support contract administration, procurement, and project coordination
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring project activities
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety standards, and DOE requirements
- Perform additional project-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 1–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
- Experience in DOE or nuclear environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain a DOE “L” or “Q” clearance
Working Conditions:
