Pay and Benefits:
- Up to $37 per hour
- Depending on experience and location
- Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
- Quarterly tool allowance
- $250 - $750 based on tenure
- $150 annual boot allowance
- $7,500 referral bonus for other diesel mechanics

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
- Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
- High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
