What You’ll Own
- Assist with financial statement preparation and monthly close processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities
- Maintain and track fixed assets
- Help manage software integrations and financial system improvements
- Maintain and report sales tax and federal excise tax compliance by state
- Provide financial analysis and insights to business leaders
- Support external audit requests and documentation preparation
- Assist with internal control and compliance improvements

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (this is important)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- NetSuite and/or QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Exposure to multiple areas of accounting and business operations
- A supportive and collaborative accounting team that works hard but enjoys the journey
