What You’ll Do
This is NOT a desk job. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role where you’ll work directly with customers to help solve problems, build trust, and grow parts and service business within your territory.
You’ll
✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔ Promote parts, service, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions
✔ Help customers reduce downtime and extend equipment life
✔ Work closely with Equipment Consultants and internal teams
✔ Visit customer locations throughout your assigned territory daily
✔ Deliver consultative solutions that separate BEC from the competition
✔ Become a trusted advisor customers rely on
What We’re Looking For
✔ Self-motivated and goal-driven
✔ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✔ Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
✔ Prior Sales Experience Preferred (parts/service Industry Strongly Preferred)
✔ Mechanical, hydraulic, or technical aptitude is a huge plus
✔ Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
✔ Must reside within the assigned territory
