Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and follow up regarding service appointments
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries using provided templates and scripts
- Provide basic information and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
- Follow up with leads who have not scheduled or attended appointments
- Work closely with team members, sales staff, and management to support process improvements
- Use the CRM system daily to document and track all customer interactions
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company dress code standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
