What You Will Do
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through the litigation process
- Develop and execute case strategy
- Draft and review pleadings, motions and other legal documents
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Work with experts and other resources to develop strong cases
- Prepare cases for trial
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and support staff to move cases forward
- Advocate aggressively and professionally on behalf of clients
