• Title: Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health / Psychiatry
• Location: Brooklyn, NY
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
đź’° Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 annually
• Comprehensive FTE Benefits Package (Health, PTO, Retirement, etc.)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and operational leadership for Behavioral Health/Psych units
• Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), The Joint Commission (JCAHO), and other regulatory standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives (CQI) and conduct Root Cause Analysis
• Foster a patient-centered, safe, and collaborative care environment
âś… Qualifications
• BSN required (Master’s preferred)
• Active New York State RN License
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum 5 years of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
• Minimum 2 years in Nurse Leadership (Manager/Assistant Manager)
• Experience working with pediatric populations (6 weeks–6 years) preferred
