Brothers Building Co., Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Lead Carpenter to join our team and manage residential construction projects throughout the Mad River Valley and Waterbury/Stowe area. This is a year-round, full-time position serving properties throughout the Mad River Valley and Waterbury/Stowe area.
The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an experienced builder who takes pride in high-end quality work, can lead a crew effectively, and is comfortable working closely with company owners, clients, and subcontractors, while keeping the job organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Lead and manage crews of 2-6 people and coordinate subcontractors
- Significant experience and understanding in residential construction
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate regularly with company owners regarding project progress, scheduling, materials, and potential issues
- Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and job-site logistics
- Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
