Brothers Building Co., Inc. is looking for a detailed, trustworthy, and extremely organized person to join our Property Management Division.
This is a year-round, full-time position serving properties throughout the Mad River Valley and Waterbury/Stowe area.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that managing a home is about much more than simply checking items off a list. Our clients trust us to take care of their homes as if they were our own, and we are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

Responsibilities
The position includes the day-to-day care and maintenance of residential properties, including:
- Lawn mowing and seasonal lawn care
- Snow plowing and shoveling
- Regular house checks
- Coordinating and performing regular household servicing and maintenance
- Identifying maintenance issues before they become larger problems
- Preparing homes for owners' arrivals and departures
- Maintaining detailed records and communicating any issues or concerns
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Taking pride in managing a home is not for the faint of heart. It requires attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to do whatever is needed to keep a property running properly and looking its best.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
