Brookwood Recruitment are currently supporting an award winning Digital Learning agency who are about to kick off a major onboarding programme for a well-known high street bank and are looking for an experienced Freelance Learning Designer to join the project team. You’ll work alongside two Senior Digital Learning Consultants to shape, script and bring to life a blend of ILTs and Evolve modules.

You’ll work alongside two Senior Digital Learning Consultants to shape, script and bring to life a blend of ILTs and Evolve modules.
What You’ll Do
- Lead on writing and designing Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions — this will be your primary focus.
- Support the creation and development of Evolve eLearning modules, contributing to content, structure and learner flow.
- Translate workshop outputs and SME conversations into engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the wider digital learning team to ensure consistency, clarity and quality across all deliverables.
- Assist with light development work in Evolve where needed.
- Proven experience designing and writing content for VILTs and digital learning modules.
- Ability to turn raw information, workshop notes and SME input into polished, learner-centred content.
- Familiarity with Evolve (desirable, not essential).
- Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work at pace towards an April delivery deadline
