AI Delivery Oversight
Monitor and validate AI system behavior over time (e.g., prompt changes, data evolution)
Ensure safe and effective use of LLM patterns (RAG, agents, routing)

Block releases if AI performance introduces business or compliance risk
Enterprise Readiness & Go-Live
Lead delivery through enterprise gates (security, legal, compliance)
Ensure:
Proper access models and data classification

Provide final Go/No-Go recommendation for production release
Operationalization
Define production support model and runbooks for post-launch operations
