Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Program Leader to champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our international business operations. In this pivotal role, you will develop HSE training strategy for all operations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with all regulatory training and requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful safety strategies that drive operational success and uphold our commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE policies aligned with industry standards such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and workers' compensation law requirements.
- Determine mandatory training by role, region, facility, project phase, and exposure risk.
- Set standards for training content, instructor quality, delivery methods, and user experience.
- Track regulatory changes and update training requirements accordingly.
- Oversee high-risk HSE training, either directly or through qualified instructors/vendors.
- LMS/training technology platform.
- Use training data, incident trends, audits, and field feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Manage instructor qualification, authorization, and performance standards.
- Build contractor training pathways for onboarding, site access, and verification.
- Work with third-party training providers, safety councils, and external training organizations.
Experience
- Proven experience in offshore oil and gas.
- 15 years of HSE Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) programs within industrial settings.
- Experience with LNG, Petrochemical, onshore construction and major capital projects.
- Knowledge of EPA regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations and environmental compliance practices.
- Experience managing contractor and third party workforce training.
- Strong background in training, competency assurance, workforce capability.
Salary : $115,000 - $160,000
