As the RHTP Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted technical advisor across the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), a large-scale state government initiative spanning seven concurrent initiative teams. You will attend business and technical meetings, gather requirements, identify cross-system dependencies, and translate business objectives into actionable architectural guidance. Rather than dictating solutions, you will influence through expertise, build trust across stakeholder groups, and help decompose complex initiatives into understandable components. You will produce architecture diagrams, documentation, and artifacts that support decision-making at all levels. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture and government consulting, requiring someone who is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and fluent in both business and IT languages.
