WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support daily cross-functional operational readiness of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and reliability for enterprise-wide services.
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests and coordinate deployments across Development, Test, Staging, and Production environments.
- Define and implement standardized release schedules for emergency fixes, patches, enhancements, and major platform releases using ServiceNow Change Management and DevOps best practices.
- Support regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Troubleshoot release, deployment, and system configuration issues using ServiceNow diagnostic tools, system logs, and performance analytics.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor platform performance, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve service delivery and user experience.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities related to ServiceNow implementations.
- 10 years of experience in implementation consulting, customer success, and enterprise platform support within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
- Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications for ServiceNow configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience supporting UAT, change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
