ServiceNow Developer (SPM Focus) – Remote
Our client is building a brand-new ServiceNow POD from the ground up and is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) expertise. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a growing team early and help shape the future of the organization's ServiceNow platform.
The team is focused on expanding ServiceNow beyond IT, with upcoming initiatives around HR Service Delivery and enterprise-wide workflow consolidation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Deep experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) development and configuration
- Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements within ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Legal Service Delivery
- Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Experience with CMDB implementations or integrations
- Exposure to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is a plus, as the organization plans to expand into HR workflows in the near future
