Job Title: Senior Quality Technician
Employment Type: 12-month Contract to Hire
Location: Fully onsite in New Brighton, MN
Shift: 8:00 – 5:00pm CST (Slight Flexibility)

As a Senior Quality Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring product quality and compliance during this critical transition, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality observations and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct equipment services, setup, and calibration to ensure operational readiness.
- Execute product testing and verification activities according to established protocols.
- Monitor environmental conditions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze returned products to identify root causes and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality documentation in alignment with company procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a quality-focused role within a regulated industry (medical device experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality processes, documentation, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:
- Oracle ERP systems
- Windchill PLM
- Maximo maintenance management
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- No formal degree required; equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing is acceptable.
